My  clients come in all ages and sizes. The goals my clients and I create together help t

hem achieve a level of fitness that will help maintain active lifestyles going forward. We look to establish strength, flexibility and balance.

The first step in your fitness journey an initial consultation to design a mutually crafted design of your individual exercise program (IEP). This IEP will include consideration of your health history, your interests and your goals.

Following this first stage of planning, we will introduce you to the gym and the equipment. All sessions begin with warm up exercises. From there your sessions will vary but follow our strategy towards your goals. You can expect a varied workout with me at your side monitoring your form and function closely. We will have a great time and you can expect me to challenge you in friendly ways.

Finally, you will finish with passive/assisted stretching in a quiet space apart from the gym. My goal for you is to leave you feeling better, challenged, and relaxed.
